Job summary

Petroleum Marketing Group, Inc. is seeking team-oriented associates to provide outstanding customer service at our stores in Columbia, SC. You will greet customers, handle register transactions, and perform daily merchandising, stocking, and cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities include cash handling, vendor check-ins, and assisting management with store operations. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with flexibility to work various shifts and mobility to travel between locations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred, or currently enrolled in high school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis.
Operate cash register and handle cash according to standards, including lottery management and shift paperwork.
Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy and efficiency.
Stock and merchandise sales floor and coolers.
Check in vendors and communicate daily issues with Management.
Ensure safety and operational policies are followed.
Perform tasks with integrity, honesty and respect; assist Management with other duties.
Exterior and interior cleaning tasks as needed.
