Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experience, greet shoppers, assess needs, and promote the store’s membership program to boost sales.

You will handle transactions at the register, restock and organize merchandise, maintain attractive displays, and participate in store promotions. A high school diploma and retail experience are preferred; flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and some overtime is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, managing multiple customers.
• Assess customer needs and guide to relevant merchandise with tailored recommendations.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards with organized, attractive displays.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to drive recommendations and sales.
• Maintain a clean, professional store environment.
• Support store promotions and sales events.
• Access and organize stock in high storage areas following safety protocols.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts and travel as necessary.
