Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or suitable equivalent.
• Three months' related experience in cash handling, cashiering preferred.
• Be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Must obtain WI Class and WI Tobacco Check certificate prior to first scheduled shift.
• Item: valid WI driver's license is preferred.
• Have excellent people skills.
• Available to work flexible shifts and extended hours.
• Must stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers as they enter the store in a friendly and positive manner.
• Provides best in class customer service; resolving questions and complaints.
• Operates the cash register, handles cash and makes change.
• Receives merchandise; restocks shelves, coolers, and freezer items.
• Displays merchandise per policy and maintains displays.
• Follows safety rules and maintains a safe work environment.
• Performs general housekeeping and keeps store interior and exterior clean.
• Performs general snow removal as needed.
