Job summary

Sapp Bros., Inc. is seeking a friendly Cashier / Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, ring up purchases, and keep the store welcoming and well-stocked. You’ll help maintain a clean, organized space and assist with inventory and beverage areas to ensure smooth store operations.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to stand long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and pass background checks. Training and opportunities for advancement are available in a mission-driven team environment focused on safety

Qualifications

Minimum age of 18 years.
Willingness and ability to learn.
Strong teamwork skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to provide proper documentation to establish your identity and eligibility to work in the U.S.
Willingness to undergo a criminal background and employment reference check.

Responsibilities

Greet each customer with a warm welcome and a genuine smile.
Provide fast, accurate, and friendly service at the register.
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Restock shelves, manage beverage areas, and assist with inventory.
Ensure all areas, including restrooms and outdoor spaces, are spotless and inviting.
Contribute to smooth store operations by assisting with various tasks.
