Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical ability to remaining upright and lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently.
• Preferred: previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact and helping locate items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties with cash, checks and cards following policies.
• Restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and inventory tasks as directed.
• Supporting opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assisting multiple departments, including photo and beauty, and staying updated on services and tools.
• Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed and opportunities for career growth.
• Advocating for CVS services and loyalty programs to support customers' health goals.
