Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking an entry-level Courtesy Team Member in Wisconsin. You will gain exposure to a variety of retail tasks related to store services, product handling, and customer service.

This role focuses on providing friendly, above-and-beyond service and supporting store operations. This part-time position offers varied hours, light lifting, cart duties, cleaning, and teamwork across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Highly-organized with a keen sense for details.
• Great listening and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bending and twisting safely.
• Thrive in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Cart attendants ferry shopping carts from outside the store to the interior.
• Coordinate and collect parking lot, lawn and inside store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment for snow removal.
• Handle perishable and salvage returns.
• Perform basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Work with service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking areas.
• Collaborate with departments across Health & Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card & Party, Outdoor, Seasonal & Floral.
• Other duties as assigned or required.
