Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in New York is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate to support customers and daily store operations. You will provide friendly service, operate cash registers, stock shelves, and assist pharmacy as needed.

Anticipated weekly hours are 29, with a pay range of $17.00–$24.00 per hour. Benefits are available depending on hours and eligibility; prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting is preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, assist with locating items and answer questions.
• Accurately perform cashier duties handling cash, checks, and card transactions.
• Restock shelves, update pricing, and support inventory management.
• Assist with opening/closing store activities and cross-department support.
• Support pharmacy staff when needed and promote CVS services and loyalty programs.
