Responsibilities

• Build friendly rapport and provide exceptional service through the T.R.E.A.T. model and foster a welcoming environment.
• Operate a cash register, handle transactions accurately, assist customers with product inquiries, item location, and purchases.
• Promote company-wide initiatives like donations, loyalty programs, and special offers.
• Maintain displays, restock areas, and ensure OSJL merchandising standards are met.
• Unload deliveries and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with team and store leadership to improve operations.
