Job summary

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is hiring crew members for our North Carolina locations. We offer flexible scheduling, hands-on training, and opportunities for advancement within a growing restaurant and franchise network. You will support front-of-house and back-of-house duties, including taking orders, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Greet customers and handle payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments.
• Brew iced tea, fill beverage orders and keep the counter area clean and stocked.
• Deliver food orders to tables and bag take-out orders according to company standards.
• Maintain clean dining area and restrooms; sweep and mop floors.
• Provide a positive attitude and customer-first service.
