Ace Hardware in San Jose, CA is seeking outgoing, friendly team members to welcome and assist customers. Previous hardware experience is a plus but not required as we provide extensive training.

You’ll help customers find everything they need and impact local projects. This role offers a fast-paced, supportive environment with two weeks of scheduled planning, weekend shifts, standing for 6–8 hours, and benefits including paid time off, health insurance, and 401K.

Qualifications

• No prior hardware experience required; training provided.
• Willing to work weekend shifts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find items for their projects.
• Assist customers in a fast-paced hardware store environment.
• Explain product features and answer questions to ensure satisfaction.
