Job summary

Ace Hardware of Hernando is seeking outgoing, friendly team members to welcome and assist customers. Prior hardware experience is a plus but not required as we provide extensive training.

You will interact with customers, help them find what they need for their projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy store environment. This role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience helping customers is valued, hardware knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Ability to learn quickly with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find items to complete projects in one trip.
• Assist in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Stand for 6 to 10 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
