Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Preferred 1–2 years grocery retail experience in Front End.
• Experience in natural foods industry is a plus.
• Must maintain the highest level of customer service.
• Ability to adapt to high-volume retail and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Walk the store prior to shift to review promotions and stock items.
• Process transactions at the front end with accuracy.
• Receive payments by cash, card, or other methods and provide receipts.
• Issue refunds, rain checks, or changes as needed.
• Greet customers and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Keep checkout area clean and orderly.
• Support team goals and adapt to varied hours as business dictates.
• Demonstrate basic math and POS system usage.
