Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Cashier II to provide excellent customer service and process transactions at the POS register in a fast-paced store environment. You will maintain a clean, well-stocked area and support merchandising efforts to ensure a positive guest experience.

We value a team-oriented individual with cashier experience, POS knowledge, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cashier experience preferred.
• Computer/POS knowledge required.
• Merchandising/stocking experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work in a friendly, customer-focused environment.
• Process transactions on a POS register and maintain a clean, stocked area.
• Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise per planograms.
• Train junior cashiers on duties and responsibilities.
