Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a part-time Cashier/Food Service Worker at MARSHALL UNIVERSITY. You will operate the cash register and provide a warm, customer-first experience as a welcome and smile-maker for guests.

Shifts are weekdays with morning and afternoon/evening coverage. The role involves handling cash/credit, food service setup, and assisting in retail operations, with additional duties as needed during interviews.

• No previous work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work in the food service operation, handling cash and credit transactions from Sodexo and client customers.
• Assist in setup and serving of food from counters and steamtables, provide support to the retail operation, including setup, maintaining supplies and products, and assisting in cleanup and closedown.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
