Job summary

HouseMart in Kailua, Hawaii is seeking a friendly Cashier to deliver exceptional customer service, greet every guest, and process register transactions accurately and efficiently to maximize sales and build lasting loyalty.

You will promote ACE Rewards, share product knowledge, and support inventory accuracy while working in a safe, team-oriented store environment with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete fundamental cashiering training course.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• General knowledge and experience with computer systems and two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Greets every customer and provides personalized assistance to ensure a positive store experience.
• Promotes ACE Rewards Membership to every customer, highlighting perks and benefits.
• Builds customer loyalty through suggestive selling and product knowledge; maintains knowledge of current store products.
• Uses best practices to efficiently handle all register transactions and maintain accurate inventory.
• Works safely and follows prevention methods to protect yourself and others.
