Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a friendly Cashier to join our team and provide excellent service to customers. The Cashier will handle transactions, including cash and card payments, and will package orders for drive-thru, counter service, and online orders.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a clean work area. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of cashier or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions, including handling cash and credit card payments accurately; including packaging orders for drive thru, counter service, and online orders.
• Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and assisting customers with their purchases.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
