7th Street Burger in Hoboken is hiring for part-time and full-time cashiers. You’ll be the face of the shop, greeting customers and keeping the line moving while orders fly. If you love people, stay cool when it gets busy, and want to grow with a brand that’s expanding fast, this is your spot.

You’ll enter orders into the POS, process payments, and help keep the counter clean. We offer weekly pay, benefits for full-time employees, and opportunities to grow with the brand as we expand.

Qualifications

• A positive, customer-first attitude and reliable attendance.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Food handler certification is a plus (we will help you get certified).
• Flexible availability for late nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer and create a welcoming, high-energy experience.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system.
• Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently.
• Count and close out the register at open and close.
• Keep the counter, lobby, and garbage areas clean throughout your shift.
• Communicate with the cooks to ensure order accuracy and speed.
• Support your teammates and jump in wherever the shift needs you.
