McCoy’s Building Supply in Dayton, TX is seeking a part-time cashier to assist customers by processing monetary transactions at the register and provide general store support.

You will greet customers, operate cash register with UPC scanner, accept payments by cash or card, help locate products, balance cash, handle returns, and participate in stocking and housekeeping. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and on-the-job training provided.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math and ability to make change accurately.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers as they enter the store.
• Operate cash register accurately with scanner and keys.
• Accept payments by cash, checks, or cards.
• Assist customers with locating products and questions.
• Balance cash at the start and end of each shift.
• Process returns and exchanges per store policy.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean work areas.
• Attend store meetings and training sessions.
