You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handle cash, drive-thru, take orders, maintain cleanliness, and help with frying and griddling. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must love to smile, laugh & have fun.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Promote and drive White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
• Must be at least 16 years of age at time of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the counter and drive-thru
