Job summary

Walmart in Greensboro, NC is hiring part-time Janitorial Associates to maintain a clean and safe store—from the parking lot to restrooms and the receiving area—and to ensure a welcoming first and last impression for customers. You’ll greet customers, answer questions, assist associates, scan items, bag purchases, and help keep the store presentable.

Shifts may start between 8:00am–11:00am or 1:00pm–4:00pm, with varied hours during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible to work part-time shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist with questions.
• Scan items, bag purchases, and explain prices when needed.
• Maintain clean and presentable store areas including restrooms and entrances.
