UCG | Unified Consultants Group, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. You will handle the register, stock shelves, process inventory, and maintain the store’s appearance, with emphasis on customer service and product knowledge.

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, and candidates should be able to operate a cash register and work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly.
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service.
• Willingness to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to quickly and accurately work a register.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping.
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
• Collect payments by cash and credit card.
• Issue receipts and refunds to customers.
• Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
