Spectrum is seeking a Project Manager to lead revenue-generating initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring precise execution and alignment with business goals. You will communicate effectively, organize teams, and resolve challenges to drive project success and customer experiences.

Responsibilities include planning, monitoring, and reporting on progress, managing budgets, and ensuring on-time delivery across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication for customers, employees and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Apply PM processes to deliver on schedule, budget and leadership expectations.
• Provide status updates to internal customers and report progress.
• Manage multiple projects, tracking costs, performance and service levels.
• Analyze project data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
