Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass background check.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Professional, clean appearance and demeanor.
• Comfortable using iPhone and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick up customer vehicles from homes, businesses, and other approved locations.
• Transport vehicles to the dealership for service.
• Deliver completed vehicles back to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Greet customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Document vehicle condition and mileage in DriverQ.
• Maintain vehicle keys securely and adhere to schedules.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and report incidents immediately.
