Qualifications

• Strong software engineering skills with shipping experience.
• Full-stack development across frontend and backend, APIs, databases, and system architecture.
• Proven ability to build products, features, startups, or hackathon projects from 0 to 1.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand their processes, challenges, and business needs.
• Design, build, and launch full-stack software solutions from concept to production.
• Turn customer requirements into scalable technical solutions and product features.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams to drive projects forward.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites and improve solutions based on real-world feedback.
