Job summary

Palantir builds the world's leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. Palantir seeks Forward Deployed Software Engineers (FDSEs) to work directly with customers, understand critical problems, and design data-driven solutions with real-world impact.

You will operate in small teams, own projects from architecture to deployment, and regularly engage with executives to translate needs into scalable software. Occasional travel and on-site collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Active Full Scope Poly level US security clearance.
• Engineering background, preferred in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, and Data Science.
• Proficiency with one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate in small teams; translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Engage with customer executives and stakeholders to drive impactful data-driven outcomes.
