Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active NYS security license/guard card.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Strong customer service skills; you will be the first point of contact.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work variable shifts including weekends, holidays, and after-hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while performing general unarmed security duties.
• Be alert to hazards, observe, correct, and report any unsafe conditions.
• Comply with Prosegur and client requirements and post instructions.
• Participate in training and understand general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public professionally.
• Demonstrate customer-service orientation and effective written and oral communication.
• Perform routine foot patrols and handle light lifting as required.
