Mini Mall Storage Properties is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) to combine customer service, sales, and property operations at our Huntington, TX locations.

You will assist customers in person, by phone, and online, convert leads into rentals, complete rental agreements, and help with collections and inspections. We offer a competitive hourly pay, benefits, and daytime full-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation accurately.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and complete daily business reconciliation.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Safely lift, carry, and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally.
