Job summary

Farm Credit Services of America in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. The role offers roughly 20 hours per week during the busy season from October to April, with a flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

• Previous office experience preferred but not required.

• Proficient in basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Phones: Answer and manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate teammates, and provide excellent customer service.
• Walk-in Traffic: Greet and assist current and potential customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Basic Transactions: Key in simple transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Scan/Index: Scan documents, index them into our system, and ensure proper filing for easy retrieval.
• Order and Restock Supplies: Monitor inventory levels, order and restock office supplies as needed, and ensure availability of essential materials.
• Meeting Preparation: Assist with preparing for meetings, including ordering and arranging lunch and other refreshments.
• Mail/Distribution: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute it to the appropriate departments or teammates.
