Job summary

What You’ll Do:

The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for developing new commercial fleet accounts and strengthening existing customer relationships to drive business growth. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, promoting service and body shop repair capabilities, generating repair orders, and selling extended warranty contracts. The specialist also conducts facility tours, presents service solutions, and monitors market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Job Duties:

• Prospect and develop new commercial fleet accounts
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
• Generate service and body shop repair orders through strategic outreach
• Conduct facility tours and capability presentations
• Identify customer needs and propose service solutions
• Sell extended warranty contracts
• Track competitive intelligence and market trends

Compensation:

• $60,000-$70,000 annual salary depending on skills and experience + Bonus Plan
