Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring a First Customer Experience Specialist in Miami to deliver premium, personalized service for each rental. You will handle doorstep deliveries and airport arrivals, ensuring flawless details and a warm, valued customer experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, a professional demeanor, and strong communication skills. This is an on-site role requiring flexibility across shifts and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class experience for customers with welcoming, professional interactions.
• Provide premium customer experience by delivering vehicles to customers.
• Coordinate timely vehicle delivery and collection with team and management.
• Communicate with premium customers via phone, text, email and app to confirm logistics and locations.
• Greet customers on arrival, assist with luggage, and overview the rental vehicle.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver a best-in-class experience for customers, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and personalized interaction.
• Provide a premium customer experience by delivering vehicles directly to customers.
• Collaborate with team members and management to coordinatetimelyvehicle delivery and collection.
• Communicate proactively with premium-level customers via phone, text,emailand app to confirmlogistics, special requests, and meeting locations.
• Greet customers warmly upon arrival, open vehicle doors,assistwith luggage, and provide an overview of the rental vehicle.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably hospitality or car rental.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technologically proficient and comfortable using various mobile devices.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work various hours not limited to evenings,weekendsand holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• On-Site Requirement: This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
• Ability tolift upto 50 pounds, continuously sit, stand, walk, enter, exit, and drive a variety of automobiles in all weather conditions, talk, hear/listen and type.
