• Engages customers and patients with greetings and assistance to ensure a positive experience.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions.
• Recommends items and trade-up opportunities.
• Manages cash, refunds, exchanges, and transactions as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; assists with stock rotation and inventory.
• Maintains displays, pricing, and product placement per policies.
• Provides customer service in photo area and web pick-up responsibilities.
• Assists with exterior and interior store maintenance and adheres to company policies.
