Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Operate the assigned cash register, process sales, returns, exchanges, and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; check in and price merchandise as directed by the store team.
• Provide customer service in the photo area and assist with digital passport photo service, poster print, and promotional photo products.
• Support exterior and interior store maintenance to keep a neat and orderly appearance.
• Assist with web pick-up orders and delivery to customers as they arrive.
• Follow company policies, protect assets, and work with coworkers to ensure smooth store operations.
