Job summary

Walgreens in Manhattan Beach is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to handle cash register transactions, greet customers, and provide friendly, efficient checkout service. You will help with product recommendations, keep shelves clean, process returns, and support photo services and web pickup.

A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required. Prior retail exposure is nice to have; fluency in English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Retail experience preferred (six months).

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous, friendly, fast checkout service and operates the cash register.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised and maintains product displays.
• Processes transactions, returns, exchanges, voids and rain checks as needed.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance and adheres to asset protection procedures.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and supports order pick-up fulfillment.
