Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues to ensure positive experience.
• Register sales at checkout, handle returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain clean, merchandised counters and shelves; assist with stock and pricing as directed.
• Provide photo area services, including passport photos, poster prints, and related promotions.
• Support online order pickup and delivery processes; keep store clean and orderly.
