Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service and processes purchases at the register.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; participates in stock rotation and price checks as directed.
• Assists with displays, promotions, and store upkeep; supports exterior and interior maintenance as needed.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures; supports seamless store operations and customer care.
