Job summary

Qualifications

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage with patients to provide assistance with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Register sales on the cash register, handle payments, returns, exchanges, and related transactions.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves, inventory checks, and price tagging as directed.
• Provide customer service in the photo area (digital passport photos, poster prints) and assist with web pick-up orders.
• Support store operations and asset protection procedures, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
