Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Register sales on cash register and handle cash, returns, exchanges with courtesy and efficiency.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, well merchandised, and stocked; perform price checks and inventory tasks.
• Advise on promotions; construct displays and resets as directed; manage stock rotation.
• Provide customer service in the photo area (passport photos, posters, creative prints) and web pickup duties.
• Follow company policies, maintain respectful coworker relationships, and complete special tasks as assigned.
