Job summary

Walgreens in Seneca, SC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, operate the register, and provide courteous, efficient checkout and store support. You will help customers select products, protect company assets, and maintain clean, well-organized aisles and displays.

The role requires fluent English, willingness to work evenings and weekends, and prior retail experience is preferred. Training and opportunities for growth are provided in a fast-paced community store

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at the register and throughout the store.
• Recommends items for sale and facilitates add-on and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Registers purchases, handles cash, returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Maintains clean counters and shelves, stocks, prices merchandise, and checks in items as directed.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize loss and ensure compliance with policies.
• Supports department displays, stock rotation, and assorted store maintenance tasks.
