Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to provide excellent customer care at the register and throughout the store. You will greet customers, answer questions, and process purchases with accuracy and courtesy.

You will also help keep shelves neat, assist with product placement, and support promotional displays while delivering fast, efficient service alongside your teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience.
• Able to provide courteous, fair, friendly checkout service.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Register sales at the cash register and provide efficient checkout service.
• Maintain counters and shelves, price merchandise, and assist with stock rotation.
• Support with returns, rain checks, and exchanges as needed.
• Assist with web-pickup orders and delivery to customers when they arrive.
• Comply with company policies and maintain respectful coworker relationships.
