Scott Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused store environment. You will greet customers, take payments, balance cash, enter data, and support deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Scan documents and files; take payments and balance cash drawer.
• Data entry and report building; dispatch delivery orders to drivers.
• Monitor customer tanks and fill propane bottles as needed.
• Greet customers, provide product information, handle inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment; monitor stock and merchandising.
• Follow safety guidelines and store policies, including cash handling and security.
