Job summary

Domino's in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking a team member to uphold grooming standards, promote products, and provide friendly service in-store and over the phone.

You'll receive cross-training for food prep, opening/closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and packing orders for delivery or carryout. We value urgency, reliability, and clear communication, with transportation to/from work required to meet shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and write clearly and comprehension of using a computer based order entry system.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance.
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
• Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operate pizza oven, and properly box products for delivery or carryout.
• Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers.
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
• To have transportation to and from work to be able to be on time to scheduled shifts.
