Job summary

Enderby Gas in Whitesboro, TX is seeking a Reliable Convenience Store Customer Service Representative to greet customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to provide excellent service. Schedule is Mon-Fri 6:00AM–6:00PM and weekends 8:00AM–5:00PM with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in telephone customer service or a related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer account management systems.
• Ability to successfully complete Class C Petroleum Operator Training Course.
• Ability to successfully complete Railroad Commission Certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stock and replenish shelves and displays.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
• Process customer orders and handle product returns or exchanges.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels.
• Operate cash registers and other store equipment.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.
