Next Door & Window in Burr Ridge, IL is hiring a Call Center Representative to deliver outstanding customer service, schedule appointments for Core and Costco programs, and drive sales opportunities. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries, while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and Centah.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, multitasking, and willingness to work a rotating shift, including every other Saturday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous call center or inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume calls.
• CRM experience with Salesforce preferred; Centah experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Core and Costco customers during appointment-setting.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails, and inquiries across programs.
• Convert inquiries into scheduled sales appointments meeting goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce and Centah.
• Perform buddy checks to ensure appointment accuracy and documentation.
• Collaborate with Brand Promoters and CERT teammates to improve scheduling quality.
