The Home Depot is seeking Customer Service/Sales associates to deliver fast, friendly service and actively assist customers with their projects. You will learn product information, greet and qualify customers, and help close sales while keeping your department well-stocked and clean.

Associates work with Department Supervisors and teammates across departments to ensure safety and a positive shopping experience.

Formación

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn product information and explain features to customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in finding and selecting products to meet their needs.
• Learn product features and benefits to upsell and close sales.
• Maintain in-stock conditions, keep department clean, organized and safe.
