Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Preferred age of 18 years or older.
• Previous experience, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License, preferred.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports and vendor check-ins.
• Ability to assess and validate customer identification.
• Understand lottery, POS systems, and other equipment.
• Tolerance of exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly service to every customer.
• Prepare made-to-order items following recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist enrollment.
• Suggest items at checkout to enhance experience.
• Communicate effectively with team and leadership.
• Follow all policies, safety standards, and dress code.
• Balance and report register activity at shift end.
• Handle cash discrepancies over $5.00.
• Monitor inventory and prevent loss.
• Keep shelves and displays stocked and priced.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment inside and out.
• Identify and address safety hazards and maintenance issues.
• Support community-focused brand presence and store goals.
