Enmarket is hiring a part-time Retail Operations Team Member in Hilton Head Island, SC. You will help operate the station, assist customers with a positive attitude, and support safety and cleanliness standards.

The role requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed. Candidates should be able to read and write in English at an 8th-grade level and comply with identification checks for tobacco/alcohol sales as per regulations.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write English at the eighth-grade level.
• Ability to validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol as required by regulations.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying conditions (store, outdoors, coolers).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and professional demeanor.
• Provide friendly, helpful service and promote store specials.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift following company guidelines.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the store environment.
