Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. in San Antonio is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will shape the store’s success by assisting customers, managing merchandise, and contributing to sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include driving sales, handling inventory and visual merchandising, and collaborating with teammates to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Clear spoken English to communicate with customers.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
