Job summary

Circle K in Twinsburg, Ohio is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to greet customers, operate the cash register, and provide friendly service. The role emphasizes accurate sales transactions, merchandise stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness.

You will handle customer questions, assist with fuel/counter transactions, follow dress code, and participate in shift duties, including inventory and timekeeping paperwork. High school diploma preferred; reliable attendance required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to operate a variety of equipment including cash registers or scanners; beverage dispensers and other machines.
• Ability to work as scheduled including arriving to work on time.
• Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Ability to fulfill essential duties and physical functions described below.

Responsibilities

• Customer Satisfaction: Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner.
• Greets customers as they enter the area and thanks customers as they leave.
• Gives assistance and offers suggestions or recommendations to the customer.
• Rings up all sales on cash register properly and accurately, handling money, checks, and other types of payment received for product sold.
• Performs multi-function operation of fuel console, lottery machines, money order machine, telecom transactions, etc.
• Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code.
