• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and meeting targets.
• Operational Excellence: Handle daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store upkeep.
• Team Collaboration: Work with teammates to meet sales and operational goals while following policies and safety rules.
