Job summary

Farmers Insurance in Utah is seeking a diligent Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through the onboarding journey for Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance.

You will review policies, collect documents and signatures, coordinate with sales and service teams, and ensure CRM records are accurate while delivering clear, proactive communication to clients.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required or willing to obtain license.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of service requests.
